About UPS

United Parcel Service (UPS) is an American multinational company involved in shipping, receiving, and managing supply chains. Established in 1907 as the American Messenger Company, initially focusing on telegraphs, UPS has expanded significantly. It is now a Fortune 500 corporation and one of the largest shipping companies globally. UPS is renowned for its ground shipping services and operates the UPS Store, a retail chain that aids UPS shipments and provides resources for small businesses. Additionally, UPS offers air shipping for overnight or 2-day deliveries and serves PO Boxes through UPS SurePost. This service hands over packages to the United States Postal Service for final delivery.

Track courier offers an automated online tracking service for monitoring UPS shipments. You can check the current status of your package without needing to go to the courier's office or contacting their customer service.

Tracking Service

  • 1. Track by Reference Number : Most tracking information will be obscured, with only a basic reference number provided.
Senders who have stored the shipment's account number as a payment option in their profile or company profile will have access to the complete tracking information.
  • 2. Import Tracking Numbers: your tracking numbers are stored in a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file, each tracking number should typically be in its own row or column. Make sure there are no headers or unnecessary formatting that could interfere with the import process.
  • 3. Other Tracking Services:
    • Quantum View : Quantum View provides comprehensive insight into your small parcel shipments, along with additional features. Enjoy customizable dashboards, ensure everyone stays updated on shipping adjustments, and proactively address issues before they escalate.
    • Flex Global View : Managing a complex worldwide supply chain with large volumes is quite challenging. UPS Flex Global View provides a unified interface to oversee and control your shipments via ground, air, and ocean freight all in one place.
